Customers can obtain immediate support through the use of our SupportMe remote support service. To use SupportMe you must download our SupportMe client and install it. This will permit you to give our support personnel remote access to your computer to allow them to rectify your problem. If you are not covered by our annual service agreement, you will be advised of our support rates for this service when you request this support.

Click here to Install the SupportMe client. When prompted if to run or save, select run and the client will be installed on your computer.  If you experience problems connecting to our support gateway, contact our customer support department for assistance.

            Barbados National Insurance Changes for 2012

National Insurance

   The maximum insurable earnings will change effective January 2nd, 2011.

   The new limits are:

         Weekly paid employees:    $965

         Monthly paid employees:    $4,180
